Operating within the Logistics division, this professional functions as a central integrator to guarantee that inventory, capacity, demand, supply, and cost factors are synchronized under a unified planning workflow.
This position involves designing the overarching S&OP process, executing a monthly review cycle, and facilitating executive alignment. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to evaluate constraints, assess operational risks, and execute scenario planning. Key duties encompass managing demand and supply evaluations, monitoring key performance indicators including forecast accuracy and cost control, and producing executive-level reports. Responsibilities
- Design and manage the enterprise-wide Sales and Operations Planning process to unify fleet demand, manufacturing, inventory, financial, and supply readiness plans
- Run the monthly planning schedule encompassing demand reviews, supply reviews, executive alignment, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations departments to maintain a shared view of constraints, risks, and priorities
- Execute scenario analyses and trade-off evaluations addressing changes in demand, cost control, inventory, capacity, and supply limitations
- Monitor performance metrics covering plan attainment, service readiness, inventory health, cost management, and forecast accuracy
- Prepare communications and recommendations suited for executive leadership while enhancing reporting tools and planning workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or an allied discipline
- Ten or more years of professional background in demand planning, S&OP, production planning, supply planning, supply chain operations, or equivalent cross-functional planning capacities
- Demonstrated history of directing planning workflows across supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and operations divisions
- Strong analytical capabilities to convert complex data sets into actionable business choices and strategies
- Background working in complex operational settings such as technology hardware, automotive, or manufacturing
- Solid comprehension of capacity planning, demand and supply balancing, inventory strategy, and cost control
- Effective communication and facilitation abilities to influence department teams and leadership
Qualifications
- Master degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Background in scaling or implementing an integrated business planning or S&OP framework inside a fast-growing enterprise
- Familiarity with planning platforms and ERP systems including SAP, IBP, or S/4HANA
- Professional credentials from APICS or ASCM such as CLTD, CSCP, or CPIM
- Background supporting new product introductions, launch phases, or fleet operations
