Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of delivery professionals through regular feedback and performance management
- Establish structured, scalable delivery practices that enhance transparency, predictability, and outcome validation
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and coordinate cross-team efforts
- Apply AI-enabled approaches to improve planning, decision-making, team effectiveness, and coordination
- Bring clarity to ambiguous situations to help teams define work, handle risks, and maintain momentum
- Identify capability gaps and strengthen the team through recruitment and clear role expectations
Requirements
- Experience leading teams responsible for software product delivery, product ownership, or project management in a SaaS environment
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle from product discovery through release and outcome measurement
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with technical and business stakeholders
- Sufficient technical understanding to recognize system constraints, trade-offs, and delivery risks
- Track record of establishing scalable delivery practices to improve predictability, transparency, and risk management
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and direction to ambiguous and evolving situations
Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-enabled planning or project management tools and practical application in team workflows
- Experience working in or alongside a security, identity, or enterprise SaaS product domain
