In this full-time role, the selected candidate will guide new customers through the implementation process with a primary focus on fund accounting and reporting setup. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, serving as a technical accounting authority, reconciling financial data from customer offering documents, and ensuring workspace configuration accuracy prior to handoff. The position also involves refining onboarding workflows and forwarding product feedback to development teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new fund administration customers in coordination with cross-functional teams
- Track onboarding milestones and project plans to guarantee timely delivery of core requirements
- Communicate directly with clients throughout implementation to maintain a high level of customer service
- Act as the technical accounting resource for internal teams and clients during the onboarding phase
- Evaluate and enhance onboarding workflows through best practices and process improvements
- Collect, examine, and reconcile customer financial data and offering documents such as LPAs
- Verify the precision of completed customer workspaces prior to transferring them to ongoing service teams
- Channel product feedback and technical insights from onboarding directly to product development groups
Requirements
- 7+ years of fund accounting experience within real estate funds, venture capital, or private equity
- 3+ years of people management background encompassing hiring, team building, coaching, performance management, and career development
- Demonstrated experience handling customer onboarding, implementations, or data migration inside a fin-tech or fund administration setting
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- Proficiency in managing complex fund structures, consolidations, and fund-level accounting and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of private equity investment structures, accounting transactions, and related reporting duties
