Job Description
Ashby is hiring a Manager of Implementations for its High Touch segment in EMEA. The role leads a team of EMEA-based implementation specialists who serve mid-market customers, and it reports to the EMEA Manager of Implementations. The position sits within Ashby's Professional Services group, which is part of the customer success organization. The manager oversees implementation experiences aligned to the High Touch segment and helps scope and plan work for prospective customers alongside sales and other teams. Responsibilities include setting milestones and keeping the team on track, building and growing a high-performing group, and tailoring each rollout to the customer's requirements.
