Job Description
Ashby is hiring a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for the Americas, working on Pacific Time. The specialist runs the rollout of Ashby's platform for new strategic customers, most of them enterprises, with the aim of getting them running quickly and achieving the outcomes they want. The role sits within the Professional Services team in Ashby's Customer Success organization and comes early in the customer journey.
Ashby sells hiring software to people who run recruiting, including talent heads, recruiters and hiring managers. The company treats support and services staff as part of the product, and says it has built a team of platform experts. It states that its annual recurring revenue has grown more than 100 percent a year and that it serves more than 4,000 customers.
The specialist designs and runs implementation plans, aligns stakeholders, communicates project plans and keeps the work on schedule to hit milestones. They advise customers on best practices, guide them through change management, and act as their proactive advocate. Ideal candidates have experience running several complex onboarding projects at once in a high-growth SaaS company, understand configurable products with multi-step workflows and integrations, and can spot patterns that suggest product improvements. Strong communication, a data-driven approach and a coaching style are important. Ashby experience is helpful but not required. The role is remote-first and may require travel. The process includes a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, a 60-minute mock call with two implementation specialists, and final conversations with customer success leaders. The posting lists a salary range of USD 165,000 to 185,000 per year.
