This position sits at the intersection of sales and revenue, overseeing the team responsible for processing contracts into invoices for a worldwide customer base.
This full-time position handles daily order workflows, team guidance, quality control, and cross-functional cooperation. The role requires managing user acceptance testing for upcoming SKUs, pricing adjustments, billing system updates, and product launches. It also involves coordinating close procedures at the end of months and quarters while upholding Sarbanes-Oxley controls. This function suits operations professionals experienced in software-as-a-service billing and order-to-cash cycles who excel at cross-functional collaboration and team mentorship.

Requirements
- At least five years of professional background in order management, billing operations, revenue operations, or order-to-cash within a software-as-a-service enterprise
