Job Description
Fleetio wants a Manager of Revenue Operations to serve as the operational base for its go-to-market groups: sales development reps, the solutions consulting team, and partnerships. The position is newly created and has no existing playbook, so the hire will design the reporting, operating rhythm, and processes these groups need while they expand.
The job is fully remote within the United States and answers to a Senior Director of Revenue Operations, with wide freedom in shaping the function. Work includes pipeline and activity reporting, tracking how deals are covered and how often they are won, and writing the rules for registering partner-sourced deals. Priorities will shift across the business, so the person needs to sort competing requests and decide when a lightweight process is enough.
Fleetio builds fleet operations software for organizations around the world. The company reports that it closed a $450 million Series D round in March 2025 and that it is among the founding organizations of the Rails Foundation. The listing portrays steady growth, with new customers signing up daily.
This role suits a Revenue Operations generalist who works well without close direction, has strong Salesforce and reporting skills, and wants real influence over how a new function takes shape. The employer places clear emphasis on using AI and automation for reporting speed and insight.
Responsibilities
- Be the day-to-day RevOps liaison for leaders of SDR, Solutions Consulting, and Partnerships, covering reporting, process design, and support
- Monitor how SDRs perform on activity and pipeline creation, and report on deal coverage and win rates for consultants, plus revenue tied to partners
- Explain pipeline conversion results, especially the part that SDRs and Solutions Consultants can influence
- Host the regular planning rhythm for the GTM groups, including weekly business reviews that keep executives informed about business health
- Build and refine the workflows, tools, and procedures that let each group grow with minimal extra effort, covering areas like lead routing and deal registration
- Define deal registration procedures and the operating rules for tracking partner deals
- Take ownership of transformational projects alongside the chief revenue officer and sales leadership, plus partners across other functions
- Work alongside the GTM systems team to rank tech stack improvements, and speak for go-to-market needs within the company-wide RevOps plan
- Apply AI and automation to produce reports sooner, condense trend analysis, and cut repetitive manual tasks
Requirements
- At least five years of work in sales, revenue, or business operations at a B2B software company

- Analytical strength in converting data into recommendations that non-technical leaders can act on
- Proven use of AI-powered tools in daily work to improve efficiency and analysis
- Track record of self-directed work in a fast-paced setting, setting priorities without waiting for instructions
