Auditdata is seeking a Market Development Manager for the EMEA region to drive expansion as hearing care providers consolidate and scale across borders. Working directly with leadership and without layers of bureaucracy, this remote-first role focuses on establishing an initial pipeline, building targeted maps, and closing enterprise deals in new territories.
The ideal candidate is comfortable building a territory entirely from scratch rather than inheriting an existing list. This position suits a self-directed commercial professional who can balance inbound and outbound motions, collaborate closely with marketing and product management teams, and engage directly with clinical and operational leaders at prospective companies.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the EMEA target map by identifying new markets, chains, and segments alongside the reasoning for their selection
- Drive inbound and outbound go-to-market strategies across the region
- Initiate and manage conversations with owners, operations leaders, and clinical leadership at unacquainted organizations
- Manage and close enterprise and mid-market sales quotas within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaign planning, and coordinated outreach efforts
- Relay competitor intelligence, buyer requests, and product feedback back to the organization
- Maintain HubSpot as the primary source of truth and manage accurate pipeline forecasts
Requirements
- At least three years of experience generating pipeline and acquiring new B2B software or medtech logos
- Demonstrated ability to build out a target market from scratch
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern prospecting or automation tools
- Fluency in English alongside German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish
- Self-directed work style suitable for establishing a new territory
