Job Description

PointClickCare is a health technology company whose platform serves more than 30,000 provider organizations, with a marketplace of over 400 integration partners. This remote Marketing Data Analytics Engineer role sits within the company's Marketing organization and focuses on the data plumbing that supports marketing analytics and pipeline reports.

This is a hands-on, backend-oriented job. The engineer builds and keeps up pipelines linking Salesforce, Marketo and a cloud warehouse such as BigQuery, and automates recurring campaign reports by writing optimized SQL for reusable datasets, views and dashboards. Other duties include improving campaign attribution (campaign codes, UTM data and lead-to-opportunity links), monitoring data quality, supporting Salesforce and Marketo configuration, and documenting data models so marketers can self-serve. The posting also expects the engineer to use AI assistants such as Claude to speed up data exploration and query writing without compromising production accuracy. The work supports executive reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline for the Senior Care and Acute and Payer businesses, working hand in hand with the analytics, demand generation and marketing ops teams.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree, finished or due this year, in software development, computer science, data engineering or closely related technical fields. Zero to two years of relevant experience is requested. Strong SQL, including joins, aggregations and window functions, plus working knowledge of a data programming language such as Python, is required. Experience with Salesforce or Marketo, cloud warehouses, BI tools and ETL or workflow tools is preferred. The US base salary range is $87,000 to $97,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits, and the role is classified as non-overtime eligible.

  • Exposure to dbt, Airflow, Fivetran or similar ETL and orchestration tools
