The company is currently looking for a Merchant Success Lead to direct early post-live health and transaction performance for small and medium-sized business merchants within the United Arab Emirates. This on-site position is based in the United Arab Emirates and suits professionals experienced in leading distributed field teams.
The chosen candidate will guide team members stationed across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include supervising operations from the first order date until merchants achieve specific transaction thresholds, managing city-level territories, conducting performance audits, and reporting on key performance indicators. Regular travel across designated cities is required to maintain field presence and coach staff firsthand.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage team members in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi
- Establish city-level territories, merchant portfolios, visit plans, and daily priorities
- Run a field operating rhythm encompassing daily execution, weekly reviews, and quality checks
- Oversee merchant health from the first order date until transaction thresholds are met
- Perform internal and external health checks covering online visibility, in-store readiness, and widget setup
- Maintain the Merchant Success KPI dashboard and deliver weekly performance reports
- Travel regularly across designated city footprints to coach staff and observe merchant conditions
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in merchant success, account management, field sales, retail operations, activation, or a related customer-facing role
- Minimum of two years of direct people management experience leading distributed or field-based teams
- Demonstrated capability in managing performance via KPIs, operating cadences, and coaching
- Experience in diagnosing operational blockers and coordinating cross-functional resolution
- Ability to travel regularly across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi
