Job Description

Foodics needs a Merchant Success Specialist to guide each merchant from signed contract to full adoption. Responsibilities cover reviewing fresh deals, supporting onboarding, pushing installations forward and confirming that merchants keep using their services. The offerings in scope are CDS, Foodics Pay and Foodics One, which let restaurants and stores take card and multichannel digital payments.

The job is operational and client-facing. The specialist makes sure signed contracts reach every internal system within a day, tracks installation service levels with internal and outside suppliers, and phones merchants soon after go-live to ask whether they need support or training. Merchants also hear about releases, new features and promotions. Because merchants often ask hard questions about settlement, the specialist must explain the reconciliation cycle clearly.

Retention work is continuous. New devices get about three months of follow-up with the goal of zero complaints, and a daily churn report flags accounts that might leave so the team can step in. The specialist is also expected to find improvements across the whole Pay cycle and work with colleagues to implement them. High call volumes are part of the role. The office is in Riyadh, so candidates must be ready to move there. It is a full-time, on-site post and no salary is given.

Responsibilities

  • Enter every signed agreement into all relevant systems within a day, chasing stakeholders as needed
  • Monitor installations against the Pay installation SLA, including internal and external vendors
  • Phone merchants after go-live to find out if they need help or training
  • Brief merchants on new releases, product features and promotions
  • Track newly installed devices and stay in contact for roughly three months
  • Use daily churn reports to step in before merchants leave
  • Spot process gaps across the Pay cycle and coordinate fixes with other teams

Requirements

  • Solid technical ability, including Microsoft Excel and other analysis software
  • Analytical mind for spotting trends and simplifying onboarding
  • Clear communicator who works with finance, engineering, support and outside providers
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Readiness to relocate to the Riyadh office

Qualifications

  • Experience in payment operations, which is preferred
  • Grounding in fintech and the payments industry
  • Familiarity with food and beverage businesses
  • Understanding of local payment rules and compliance standards
