EngiFlex invites specialists to apply for the remote freelance position of Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Specialist. This role suits professionals who want to work in an expanding small-to-medium enterprise that offers space for personal growth and initiative. The successful candidate will handle the deployment, administration, and implementation of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 platforms. Daily duties include analyzing functional needs, designing technical solutions, programming, testing, and debugging applications. The position involves building business software using Power Apps, setting up workflows through Power Automate, and configuring SharePoint Online environments such as document libraries, lists, sites, and access permissions. Additional responsibilities encompass integrating Microsoft Teams, creating and modifying SharePoint web parts using SPFx with TypeScript, JavaScript, or React, and utilizing PowerShell for automation and scripting. The specialist will also provide user support, monitor service delivery, document operational guides, and follow Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Implement, roll out, and manage Office 365 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Develop, test, debug, and execute programming tasks accurately
- Build and maintain business applications using Power Apps and workflows via Power Automate
- Configure and develop SharePoint Online sites, lists, document libraries, and access rights
- Integrate Microsoft Teams within broader Microsoft 365 solutions
- Create and adjust SharePoint web parts using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with TypeScript, JavaScript, or React
- Apply PowerShell for scripting, management, and automation
- Provide operational and user support, document manuals, and monitor service delivery
- Work according to the Agile development methodology
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 implementations, rollouts, and administration
- Ability to analyze functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its integration capabilities
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online configuration and development of sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Ability to work with TypeScript, JavaScript, or React for SharePoint components and web applications
- Skill in coding, testing, and debugging
- Experience in operational and user support
- Familiarity with Agile practices
- Mastery of Dutch at CEFR level C2
