Job Description

Ashby makes recruiting software and runs its own hiring on that platform. It is recruiting a remote Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to work in its Professional Services group, part of Customer Success. The role serves customers in the mid-market band and smaller enterprise accounts and is positioned as a chance to help shape a newer implementation offering and raise customer experience standards.

The specialist runs each rollout from kickoff to completion, typically juggling around fifteen live projects, each taking four to eight weeks. Responsibilities include drafting plans with customers, agreeing scope, aligning stakeholders, keeping timelines on track, and advising on the most effective ways to use the product so value arrives faster. The specialist acts as the customer's advocate and guide, helps teams adapt to new ways of working, and returns process improvements to the company.

Applicants should have a substantial record of leading onboarding or implementation projects at fast-scaling software companies, and feel at home with complex, multi-module systems, including shared settings and data models. Skills in analytics, conditional logic and relational-style data are helpful. Experience with Ashby is welcome but not required. The team values clear communication, careful listening, data-led decisions and a readiness to coach customers. Travel is part of the job.

The listing states USD 140,000 to 159,000 per year, though the posting itself only calls the pay competitive. Other perks named include unlimited vacation with four weeks suggested annually, a twelve-week, fully paid family leave benefit in the U.S., a sizeable equipment and furniture allowance, a $100 monthly learning budget, and stock options that can be exercised within ten years.

Responsibilities

  • Run complete rollouts of Ashby's product for customers in the mid-market band and smaller enterprises
  • Manage about fifteen live rollouts at once, each spanning four to eight weeks
  • Write implementation plans with customers and deliver them so value arrives quickly
  • Keep milestones on schedule and keep stakeholders informed
  • Advise customers on product best practices for their setup
  • Coordinate with peers in Operations, Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer Success on status and blockers
  • Feed client input back to internal teams so offerings and processes improve

Requirements

  • Substantial background leading onboarding or implementation work at high-growth B2B software companies
  • Skilled at defining scope, bringing stakeholders on board and meeting agreed targets
  • Comfort with intricate multi-module products, including shared configuration and data models
  • Experience guiding customers through change and the adoption of new systems
  • Clear communicator who works well in a remote-first team

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Ashby product, welcome but not required
  • Analytics and conditional logic know-how
