Job Description

Natera is a leader in cell-free DNA testing, with focus areas in cancer care, women's health and organ health. It is hiring a full-time Mobile Phlebotomy Associate who reports to the Mobile Phlebotomy Manager. The associate assists medical staff, patients and sales personnel, both domestically and abroad. The listing is marked remote, though the posting itself does not name a location. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST, with pay starting at $21.50 an hour.

Work happens by phone and electronic messaging. The associate gathers information missing from submitted samples in an assigned region, such as which tests were ordered, reports test progress to customers, books mobile blood draw visits, places and tracks supply orders, and answers questions or complaints about late or missed appointments. Other duties include verifying customer details, passing unresolved problems up the chain, recording every contact and follow-up, learning the sample requirements for each Natera test, and helping train new hires.

Because the job touches protected health information on paper and in digital systems, the associate must follow HIPAA rules and Natera's privacy policies and keep current on required training. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be needed. The role involves keyboard work, phone use and reading printed documents.

Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of previous customer service work. Good knowledge of service practices, experience handling phone and written support, intermediate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, and close attention to detail are required. A two- or four-year degree or certification is preferred, and multilingual ability is a strong asset. Benefits cover health, dental and vision care, life and disability coverage for eligible staff and dependents, free testing and fertility care for employees and immediate family, pregnancy and bonding leave, a 401(k), commuter support and a referral program.
