Responsibilities
- Design and animate both short-form and long-form video assets across paid, owned, and internal marketing channels
- Utilize generative AI platforms such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, and ElevenLabs for brainstorming, scriptwriting, video editing, voiceover generation, and localization
- Create reusable templates and scalable video production systems for rapid output
- Partner with brand, product marketing, and growth teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives
- Produce explainer videos and visual materials that clarify complex financial topics for customers
- Test and refine video performance using engagement, click-through rate, conversion, and retention metrics
- Monitor creative shifts and platform developments across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital networks
Requirements
- Accumulate at least three years of practical experience in video content creation and motion design
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating social videos, product explainers, ad creatives, and short-form content
