Canonical, the publisher of Ubuntu and a provider of open-source software and operating systems for global enterprise markets, is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join the Commercial Systems unit. The organization operates globally with a distributed team environment where professionals collaborate across borders. In this role, the successful candidate will work within the Business Systems team alongside engineers and operations staff to maintain compliance, implement business processes, and deliver efficient solutions using NetSuite, Salesforce, and other corporate applications.
This position is suited for a detail-oriented professional who values engineering quality, process efficiency, and continuous learning. Team members participate in twice-yearly in-person gatherings in various international locations for strategy and execution alignment.
Responsibilities
- Build engineering solutions within NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business platforms
- Partner with team members on technical designs, business specifications, and code reviews
- Acquire knowledge of internal company business processes
- Coach, mentor, and provide career development feedback based on seniority
- Formulate and promote effective engineering and organizational standards
Requirements
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency along with strong presentation abilities
