The organization is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Physician Assistant to join the team in Portland, Oregon at the North Williams location. This position follows a schedule of four days in the clinic and one day remote. The clinician will manage a patient panel, conduct a mix of visit types, perform in-office procedures, and participate in weekly clinical rounds.
This role provides patient care across all ages in an outpatient setting and requires collaboration with both in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams. Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel encompassing diverse healthcare needs
- Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits for patients of all ages
- Deliver patient care in an office setting, testing centers, or via telehealth
- Perform in-office clinical procedures
- Engage in daily huddles with in-office colleagues and collaborate with virtual clinical teams
- Participate in weekly clinical rounds for continuous learning
- Obtain supplementary state licensures and credentialing to support virtual primary care across multiple states
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program accompanied by a national certification
- Minimum of two years of outpatient primary care practice seeing patients of all ages within the past five years, OR one year of outpatient primary care experience plus either a one-year primary care fellowship or over one year in an urgent care setting seeing patients of all ages
- Possession of or eligibility to obtain an Oregon state medical license by the start date
- Ability to work full-time on a schedule operating four days in the clinic and one day remote
