This remote, full-time opportunity is suited for a data-driven program management professional who thrives in regulated environments.
In this capacity, you will shape and execute strategies that help customer and merchant servicing operations scale efficiently while maintaining high compliance and quality standards. You will connect high-level strategy to day-to-day execution by designing training curricula, building knowledge management systems, and transforming technical requirements into practical resources for both human and AI agents. Working collaboratively across product, engineering, legal, compliance, and external vendor management divisions, you will establish program roadmaps, measure performance indicators, and lead enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
The role requires an individual comfortable with navigating ambiguity in a high-growth sector. You will oversee end-to-end training programs, anticipate operational needs tied to new product rollouts, and drive continuous improvement utilizing data insights and qualitative feedback. Additionally, the position may demand occasional availability outside standard working hours to handle urgent operational matters, along with travel to support team collaboration and partner engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs aligned with strategic priorities and OKRs
- Define program roadmaps, execution plans, and track KPIs, timelines, and budgets
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and change management methodologies
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build technical resources for human and AI agents
- Architect and maintain the internal knowledge ecosystem including SOPs, job aids, and learning platforms
- Oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of onboarding, continuous learning, and product rollout training programs
- Anticipate operational needs for product launches, program expansion, and regulatory changes
- Analyze metrics, dashboards, and feedback to assess workflows, knowledge adoption, and training impact
- Advise executives, cross-functional partners, and vendor leaders on operational execution
- Coach augmented staff, contractors, and cross-functional contributors
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience in program management or product operations
- Demonstrate a track record of setting strategy and delivering measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
- Possess a strong background in regulated industries such as financial services, fintech, or consumer lending
- Display exceptional influence and communication skills to engage executives and align stakeholders
- Maintain an analytical, data-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Exhibit comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth settings
- Bring a global perspective supporting vendor operations and distributed teams
- Be willing to provide occasional support outside regular working hours for time-sensitive needs
- Be open to travel as needed for collaboration, operational priorities, and partner engagements
