In this senior individual contributor position, the chosen candidate will collaborate directly with the Head of Product Operations to establish the operational framework for the newly formed Product Operations function from scratch. The role centers on managing production environments, handling client configurations, and ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless release coordination.

The successful individual will take complete ownership of production parameters, anomaly tracking, and configuration governance while interfacing across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain transparency, consistency, and traceability of production product configurations including features, transaction limits, and available assets
- Coordinate release cycles, determine go-live timing, and verify operational readiness before deployment
- Set up tailored product parameters, thresholds, and feature availability for individual clients and markets
- Implement fee structures, verify calculation accuracy, and document all modifications
- Control transaction parameters and manage asset flows based on current market and operational conditions
- Incorporate compliance restrictions and jurisdictional rules into product behavior alongside the compliance department
- Track system performance and configuration accuracy to detect anomalies and escalate issues early
- Preserve configuration governance by keeping a structured record of active parameters and tracing changes to their origin
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of senior experience in product operations, general operations, or a related role involving production environments
