Responsibilities
- Convert yearly and quarterly objectives into actionable measures, milestones, and daily checklists
- Maintain the OKR framework utilizing regular check-ins, reminders, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to document, record, and refine core workflows and standard operating procedures
- Resolve operational roadblocks and ensure quality compliance across daily business activities
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards while delivering regular updates to company leadership
- Manage finance, administrative functions, and people operations including accounting, cash flow, contracts, and onboarding
- Implement new software solutions and automated workflows using tools such as ClickUp, Make, n8n, and CRM platforms
Requirements
- Experience managing and optimizing operational processes with a focus on efficiency improvements within an agency or e-commerce environment
- Practical background using project management software, automation tools, and artificial intelligence applications for productivity enhancement
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills including controlling foundations, performance evaluations, and forecasting abilities
