Job Description
This full-time hybrid role in SGS's corporate IT team in Manila supports Oracle EPM applications, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase and HFM. The specialist oversees month-end and year-end support, maintains metadata and business rules, and works with partners on development estimates. The role also coordinates escalations with infrastructure teams and application outsourcers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end support and maintenance for Oracle EPM applications.
- Maintain metadata, member lists, FX rates, business rules and validation checks.
- Monitor second and third level support and manage incidents to resolution.
- Support year-end rollover and other financial closing activities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree with an IT or computer science background.
- At least three years of experience in Hyperion or EPM products, including financial planning and budgeting, Essbase or HFM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud is desirable.
- Business analysis and case definition experience is desirable.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
