Wing Assistant seeks an Outbound Sales Development Representative for either full-time or part-time employment in a remote capacity. This role suits professionals who excel in customer engagement, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
Selected candidates will reach out to prospective and current clients across multiple channels, arrange sales demonstrations, organize customer lists, and manage initial support inquiries. The position requires working US hours, spanning forty hours weekly for full-time schedules or twenty hours weekly for part-time schedules.
The salary package ranges from PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 per month, depending on prior experience. Applicants must be ready to work a graveyard shift and meet specific technical standards, including a reliable computer, dual internet connections, a noise-canceling USB headset, and a functional webcam.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and current clients through diverse channels to build a lead pipeline
- Engage with potential buyers, establish rapport, and evaluate how company offerings match their needs
- Arrange sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Configure and maintain contact lists or CRM platforms
- Partner with internal groups to coordinate lead generation with overarching sales goals
- Establish sales targets to boost revenue and report on sales performance metrics
- Develop, distribute, and gather customer feedback surveys, consolidating data into reports
- Perform general administrative duties
- Serve as the initial point of contact for client questions and grievances
Requirements
- Possess at least two years of sales background with a demonstrated history of meeting quotas and managing client relationships
- Demonstrate fluent English written and verbal communication skills at a minimum of C1 level
- Display strong proficiency in phone, email, and instant messaging communication
- Maintain high organizational and time management capabilities
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate technical proficiency with cloud services, desktop sharing, VoIP, and CRM platforms
- Use word-processing and spreadsheet tools such as MS Office
- Utilize online scheduling and calendar tools like Google Calendar
- Work during US hours on a graveyard shift schedule
- Provide a USB headset featuring noise cancellation
- Maintain a working webcam
- Use a computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM
- Maintain a primary cable internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps
- Maintain a backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
