The Repair Operations department is currently looking to hire a Packaging Officer for an on-site position based in Ogba, Lagos.
In this capacity, the individual will handle the proper labelling, logging, and packaging of refurbished terminals that have successfully cleared quality assurance, preparing them for inventory distribution. Candidates must be able to follow structured workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and meet established daily and weekly productivity objectives. This role suits professionals who possess good physical stamina for warehouse environments, strong process discipline, and acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Receive refurbished terminals that passed quality assurance and confirm they meet packaging criteria
- Verify the presence of all items on the packaging checklist including chargers, cables, frosted bags, serial labels, and cartons
- Power and check all approved terminals prior to completing the packaging process
- Record every packaged terminal within the system alongside complete packaging details
- Monitor daily and weekly output performance relative to established targets
- Coordinate the transfer and collection of devices with inventory officers
- Keep accurate documentation of both packaged and unpackaged terminals and report discrepancies or damaged goods
- Reject substandard or damaged terminals and return them to inventory with proper reasoning
- Enforce standard operating procedures regarding materials usage and packaging
- Partner with repair and quality assurance teams to spot process issues and recommend workflow enhancements
Requirements
- Adherence to standard operating procedures and packaging checklists
- Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and log terminal details
- Physical stamina required for handling and packaging devices over long periods in a warehouse environment
- Written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Possession of an OND, HND, or Bachelor degree in a related field
- Past background in warehouse packaging, electronics handling, or operations support
