Responsibilities
- Lead market searches, asset evaluations, and site acquisitions for real estate properties tailored to operational and spatial requirements.
- Conduct commercial lease negotiations to secure advantageous rental rates, rent-free fit-out periods, and flexible renewal options.
- Partner with legal counsel and estate surveyors to verify land titles, statutory compliance, and structural integrity.
- Develop and execute a centralized procurement strategy for multi-site branch rollouts and building retrofits.
- Build and manage a pre-qualified vendor matrix for construction professionals, sub-contractors, and specialized installers.
- Standardize supply chains and pricing agreements for brand elements including cladding, partitions, curtain-walls, and exterior LED signage.
- Procure institutional-grade security assets such as vault doors, CSA security doors, mantrap doors, and ballistic counter screens.
- Manage tendering, contracting, and logistics for mechanical and electrical infrastructure, server rooms, and surveillance assets.
- Publish invitations to tender and requests for proposals while working alongside quantity surveyors on payment guarantees and retention fees.

Requirements
- Possess four to seven years of progressive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing handling capital projects, corporate real estate acquisitions, interior fit-outs, or commercial construction.
