Typical work includes writing legal wording for customer contracts based on what each client needs, preparing paperwork for manager approval before anything goes to a client, and running legal research. The paralegal responds to questions from users and prospects about services and account handling, assists customers in linking their source code repositories, and answers prospects through email and website chat. Responsibilities
- Draft legal provisions for customer agreements according to their specified needs
- Prepare files for manager review before they are sent to clients

- Answer prospect questions through email and website chat
- Write reports on customer-supplied information and send them back
- Carry out legal research and help customers with legal questions
Requirements

- Comfort using Google Docs and similar online tools
