  • Provide post-training assistance by answering technical inquiries and resolving installation challenges.
  • Collaborate with the training department to update course content, documentation, and videos based on software and product revisions.
  • Relay common installer hurdles, questions, and feedback from the field back to internal product and training groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of background in technical training, enablement, or field education, preferably within building trades, home services, clean energy, or the HVAC sector.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly comprehend product specifications and articulate them clearly.
  • Strong facilitation competencies across in-person workshops, virtual formats, and sales presentations with an ability to connect with tradespeople.
  • Familiarity with learning management software platforms such as Docebo, Lessonly, Litmos, or Absorb.
  • Self-directed organizational habits capable of managing independent travel itineraries in the field.
  • Possession of a valid driver license along with the ability to travel extensively as required.

Qualifications

  • Prior HVAC industry background or technical knowledge regarding refrigeration fundamentals, heat pumps, and ductless or ducted systems.
  • Practical experience performing equipment installations or service work.
