In this position, the professional will collaborate closely with leaders, managers, and staff members to strengthen organizational health, talent density, and the overall employee journey.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive human resources background and is capable of managing complex employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves of absence, performance tracking, and offboarding workflows. This role also involves analyzing metrics related to staff attrition and performance to generate actionable recommendations for leadership. Responsibilities

  • Coach supervisors through performance management and employee relations situations to ensure fair and consistent outcomes

  • Treat the employee experience as a product by prototyping solutions and iterating based on data and feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams including Legal and the broader People department on complex matters
  • Influence stakeholders and leaders to promote thoughtful decision-making and business outcomes
  • Provide candid guidance on sensitive issues while balancing empathy with organizational needs

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience working in human resources or employee relations
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience supporting staff and managers through performance management
  • Demonstrated sound judgment in handling intricate employee relations scenarios
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities for nuanced situations
  • Written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential employee information with integrity
  • Experience operating across internationally distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with leveraging artificial intelligence tools in daily workflows

Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting supervisors and personnel located in Poland
  • Previous background conducting internal investigations into employee grievances
