Responsibilities
- Manage customer-facing DocSend product features through all stages, covering strategy, prioritization, execution, release, and performance tracking.
- Improve foundational user journeys while balancing short-term user requests with long-term product health.
- Discover strategic opportunities across Dropbox and DocSend, including initiatives that connect multiple products.
- Gather user context using research, metrics, and direct feedback to guide product choices.
- Collaborate with design and engineering peers to define problems, assess options, and manage execution.
- Establish success metrics, analyze qualitative and quantitative outcomes, and adjust roadmaps based on market conditions.
- Incorporate automation and artificial intelligence effectively to enhance existing workflows.
Requirements
- At least five years of product management or related work history with end-to-end ownership of user-facing products.
- Demonstrated ability to identify key user problems, handle trade-offs, and turn strategy into concrete product direction.
- Strong user empathy combined with the ability to merge qualitative insights with quantitative evidence for decision-making.
- History of partnering closely with design and engineering teams to handle ambiguity and technical limits.
