This position suits individuals who enjoy tackling intricate challenges, collaborating across departments, and converting analytical findings into measurable impact. The incumbent shapes product strategy adoption, drives revenue growth based on performance metrics, and guides both internal personnel and external stakeholders through sophisticated optimization approaches.
The role involves working alongside Sales, Customer Success, and technical groups such as Ad Ops, Measurement, Product, and Supply to resolve escalations and unlock growth. Professionals in this function establish performance frameworks, maintain tracking dashboards, and manage regular review cycles. Additionally, practitioners leverage artificial intelligence tools to accelerate experimental frameworks and diagnostics while maintaining accuracy and accountability for all AI-assisted deliverables. Candidates must be prepared to travel at least quarterly for team gatherings and client interactions, and visit an office location once or twice every six months for in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance strategy for key accounts in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and update performance playbooks, templates, and guidance using testing insights and market trends.
- Address complex performance escalations by diagnosing issues and partnering cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Measurement, Product, and Supply.
- Prepare and maintain performance dashboards while supporting reporting needs, weekly performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
- Apply artificial intelligence strategically to speed up experimentation designs and performance evaluations while ensuring explainable and accurate outcomes.
Requirements
- Have at least four years of professional experience in performance marketing or a strategic digital media function.
- Demonstrate a history of managing optimization strategies and navigating complex performance issues.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate effectively across both commercial and technical teams to support and scale accounts.
- Complete quarterly travel for customer meetings and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Possess CTV experience within digital media or performance marketing.
- Hold a Bachelor degree in an applicable discipline or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
