Vizient, Inc is hiring a remote Pharmacy Executive IV to guide strategic direction and leadership for Pharmacy Aggregation Group member facilities, suppliers, and distribution partners. Working alongside internal staff and leadership, this position focuses on driving revenue enhancement, value-based initiatives, and performance improvement. The person in this position will utilize clinical expertise, data analytics, and contracting strategies to provide measurable value and build relationships with stakeholders up to the vice president level.

Responsibilities
- Direct pharmacy programs alongside subject matter experts, consultants, and leaders
- Supervise new opportunities encompassing policy, compliance, analytics services, and contracting
- Establish and nurture stakeholder connections up to the vice president tier to align operational and strategic objectives
- Facilitate voice-of-customer meetings to collect feedback and refine program offerings
- Direct cross-functional projects to produce market insights and value-driven contracts
- Refine tools and processes to boost contract utilization and visibility
- Examine stakeholder data to spot expansion areas and provide actionable intelligence
- Project revenue, pursue organic growth avenues, and aid business development initiatives
- Create and present customized business reviews, training sessions, and presentations for stakeholders
- Evaluate healthcare issues and suggest scalable, creative remedies
Requirements
- Seven or more years of relevant experience in a multi-system hospital environment involving physician engagement
- PharmD degree
- Willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Relevant degree
- Master's degree in business
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator, Director of Pharmacy, or Manager assessing clinical savings and contracting opportunities
- Familiarity with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities
- Strong relationship management and communication capabilities
