In this role, the Principal will partner directly with executive leadership to drive enterprise-wide growth, efficiency, and execution.
This position suits a structured, analytical problem solver who can balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the annual strategy cycle, oversee the strategic initiative portfolio, and manage governance frameworks such as business reviews and OKRs. Furthermore, the role involves building scalable operational systems and serving as a mentor to develop BizOps talent.
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 145,000 to 180,000 per year.
