In this position, the candidate will own a growth portfolio end-to-end, steering the user journey from initial impressions to revenue generation without relying on human handoffs.

Responsibilities also include collaborating across marketing, sales, and customer success teams, independently analyzing conversion funnels using data, and mentoring other growth product managers. Candidates must possess significant product management experience focused on growth, product-led growth, or self-serve models, alongside direct portfolio-level profit and loss ownership.
Responsibilities

- Publish and defend a written multi-quarter thesis regarding compounding channels and product-led distribution
- Ship eight to ten experiments per sprint, pre-registering hypotheses, metrics, and invalidation signals
- Design self-serve paths including in-product copy, paywalls, empty states, activation paths, and upgrade triggers
- Analyze funnels independently, segment cohorts, identify leaks, and validate fixes using experiments
- Design credit economics, model unit economics, and defend pricing decisions to finance and sales leadership
- Route product-qualified leads to the appropriate teams and partner with marketing and customer success
- Help hire, coach, and calibrate senior growth product managers on adjacent loops
Requirements
- Possess eight to twelve years of product management experience, with at least four years specifically in growth, product-led growth, or self-serve product roles
- Demonstrate direct profit and loss ownership at a portfolio scope
- Have experience presenting growth mechanics and credit economics to executive leadership and the board
- Show a track record of hiring, mentoring, or calibrating other growth product managers
- Demonstrate hands-on experience building landing pages, signup flows, and in-product experiments
- Show AI fluency with a public point of view on AI-first discovery, agent-readable flows, and Model Context Protocol as distribution
- Exhibit marketing fluency with search engine optimization, paid acquisition, content, and lifecycle marketing teams
- Demonstrate a track record of running structured experimentation at sprint cadence
- Possess strong analytics fluency with Snowflake and working knowledge of consumption-based pricing and product-qualified lead frameworks
- Have a background in business-to-business software as a service
Qualifications
- Data, go-to-market, or sales-tech domain experience
