This full-time on-site supervisory role at SGS in the Philippines leads the procure-to-pay team in delivering accounts payable, vendor master data, payments and month-end close activities. The supervisor drives global standard processes with the regional process owner, enforces internal controls and manages team workload and performance. The role also reports on KPIs and SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure procure-to-pay operations meet SLAs and KPIs for the in-scope countries.
- Implement global standard processes and lead process improvement projects.
- Manage the P2P team, including workload, performance evaluation and training.
- Prepare operational KPIs and reports, and coordinate with the FSSC manager and affiliates.
Requirements
- A degree in finance and accountancy.
- Eight to ten years of experience in the procure-to-pay function.
- Ability to ensure compliance with the Group Financial Manual.
Qualifications
- Shared service migration and operating experience is relevant.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of Oracle Business Suite is nice to have.
