Flex is seeking a Product Owner for Growth to join its team on a fully remote basis or in locations including San Francisco, Miami, and New York. In this role, you will take charge of the company's growth engine, managing the end-to-end multi-product experience across various acquisition channels. You will collaborate closely with engineering, legal, compliance, and customer support teams to shape mobile applications, virtual payment solutions, and internal financial analytics platforms. Responsibilities
- Own and develop the company growth engine across infinite customer acquisition wedges and multi-product experiences
- Drive the enhancement of financial services and products, including mobile applications, online account management tools, and virtual payment solutions
- Develop internal financial solutions such as automated reporting tools, data analytics platforms, and workflow optimization systems
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all products adhere to financial regulations and industry standards while mitigating risks
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and preferences for product decisions
- Partner with engineering throughout the development lifecycle to provide product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess product performance and make data-driven optimization choices
- Work alongside customer support to address inquiries and feedback in order to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap and strategy that aligns with overall corporate objectives
Requirements
- Experience running sprints and demonstrating high trajectory and execution speed
- Proven background as a Product Owner or in a similar role at a startup focusing on financial products
