The person in this role shapes digital product requirements to align with operational excellence and enterprise objectives. Responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery and process analysis to backlog prioritization, user story creation, user acceptance testing, and ongoing application enhancements. Candidates engage closely with cross-functional technical teams and external partners while utilizing AI tools to streamline productivity and decision-making workflows.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and shape business needs to guarantee measurable value across operational processes
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog and roadmap considering business value, constraints, and risks
- Facilitate discovery workshops, map AS-IS workflows, and design optimized TO-BE solutions
- Connect stakeholders with technical groups by clarifying expectations and facilitating collaboration
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios from business requirements
- Prepare requirement packages and validate delivered solutions alongside internal teams and external providers
- Guide stakeholders through user acceptance testing, communication, and training for seamless adoption
- Offer application support, review recurring problems, and implement continuous enhancements
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of background in Product Ownership or Business Analysis delivering enterprise solutions
- Experience translating business context into operational outcomes and leading discovery activities
- Ability to evaluate solution alternatives between custom development and existing tools
- Capability to independently convert complex requirements into structured user stories and milestones
- Experience managing user acceptance testing cycles and coordinating user groups
- Professional communication proficiency in both German and English
- Regular application of AI tools to automate repetitive duties and support decision processes
