Cosuno seeks a Product Specialist to act as the primary product expert, bridging the gap between customers and internal teams. Cosuno provides a digital platform where general contractors and subcontractors manage tenders, procurement processes, and bids, utilizing artificial intelligence to process price data. In this role, reporting directly to the Head of Product, the person will master every platform workflow and guide commercial teams with advanced product knowledge.
This position suits a professional with experience in customer-facing B2B SaaS roles who enjoys managing external stakeholder projects, running customer feedback sessions, and participating in strategic discussions with enterprise clients. Responsibilities include resolving complex customer inquiries, coordinating custom development projects with product and engineering teams, analyzing usage data to prioritize feedback, and assisting sales in software demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product expert for internal sales, customer success, and account management teams
- Lead customer meetings including roadmap conversations, feedback sessions, and workshops with enterprise accounts
- Identify solutions within the existing platform to address complex customer problems
- Translate customer feedback and usage data into prioritized, actionable input for product managers
- Project-manage custom development initiatives for key clients by agreeing on scope, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring timely delivery

Requirements
- Possess two to four years of experience in a customer-facing product role within B2B SaaS, such as Product Specialist, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation Manager
- Demonstrate the ability to learn a complex product rapidly and explain it clearly to diverse audiences
- Exhibit confidence in front of customers to lead meetings, handle difficult questions, and decline requests with reasoned explanations
- Manage projects involving external stakeholders, encompassing timelines, scope, and expectations
- Gather usage data independently and convert scattered user feedback into prioritized input
- Utilize AI tools in daily work
- Communicate fluently in English and at a C2 German level
