Job Description
Drips runs large-scale, compliance-governed text and phone campaigns for organizations. Clients use the company's in-house system to build conversation flows, plan when outreach goes out and direct replies to the correct destination, so messages arrive when and where they should.
This full-time, remote role in the Production department is for a Production Build Specialist. The specialist configures customer campaigns in the company's software and keeps them running smoothly. The role suits entry-level candidates who are organized, detail-oriented and eager to master a platform unlike any other. No programming background is needed, and the company provides training, though prior experience in technical, operations or support work is an advantage.
Core duties include building campaign workflows, setting outreach schedules, configuring branching logic based on how people respond, attaching and mapping audio files for outbound calls, and editing JSON configuration files. The specialist also takes on support tickets from internal groups and, at times, from customers, tests each change, documents the history of each campaign, and recommends practical settings when a request is vague. Teammates coordinate through messaging, video meetings and shared docs each day.
Responsibilities
- Set up and update campaign projects so messages and calls reach the intended audience at the right times
- Handle a backlog of support requests from internal departments and, occasionally, customers
- Convert loose business goals into specific settings inside the platform
- Build outreach schedules, response-based branching and call routing
- Upload audio and link it to outgoing call steps
- Edit JSON files that define campaign behavior or connect to outside systems
- Run tests after each change and document the history of every campaign
Requirements
- Exceptional organization and the ability to manage a steady stream of requests
- Ease with structured files such as JSON, XML or CSV, plus spreadsheet work
- Willingness to learn proprietary software without prior exposure
- Close attention to detail, catching mismatched IDs and inconsistent rules
- Clear communication skills for explaining changes to non-technical partners
Qualifications
- Experience setting up comparable tools, such as campaign software, CRMs, call dialers or workflow engines
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Experience juggling tickets or a support workload
- Experience running outreach campaigns across email, SMS or call centers
- Some exposure to a scripting or database query language
- Experience processing audio files for phone systems or outreach tools
