Precision Medicine Group is hiring a full-time, remote Project Coordinator, Market Access to support daily project activities, workflows, and account deliverables. This role suits an adaptable professional with foundational organizational skills who wants to build a career in project management within a collaborative setting.
The person in this position will assist in driving project workflows, maintaining clear team communication, organizing project details, and handling administrative duties up to half of the time. Responsibilities include supporting programs totaling between $1 million and $2 million, tracking budgets with finance and account teams, managing tasks in Workfront, scheduling internal kickoff and status meetings, and engaging in mentorship and training opportunities to build craft proficiency and cross-departmental knowledge. Responsibilities
- Support daily project activities on assigned accounts including timelines, status reports, hot sheets, and project routing
- Collaborate with team members to maintain open communication and contribute to solutions
- Assist with Workfront tasks such as project setup, tracking, and reporting
- Support programs totaling $1 million to $2 million
- Track and report on budgets alongside seasoned project management, account, and finance team members
- Schedule and facilitate internal kickoff and status meetings
- Engage in mentorship and training opportunities to build operational and cross-departmental knowledge
- Adhere to Precision Principles workplace values including client service, purpose, accountability, mutual respect, and collaboration
Requirements
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating system
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar field
- 1 plus years of experience in a professional environment
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related life sciences experience
