Jamf is hiring a Project Manager II to join the organization on a remote, full-time basis with a salary range between USD 90,000 and 130,000 per year. In this role, the Project Manager II will coordinate people, tasks, and processes across internal departments and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
The person in this position will act as the primary contact for project timelines, organization, and reporting. Responsibilities involve aligning stakeholders, establishing schedules, tracking progress via centralized dashboards, and managing project scope changes and risks. Responsibilities
- Manage alignment, coordination, and communication for projects including releases, integrations, migrations, and tool rollouts
- Drive tasks, dependencies, and roadblocks across the portfolio
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Conduct independent project intake and requirements sessions to define scope and objectives
- Own adjustments to project scope, schedule, and costs while communicating updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment meetings, status updates, and portfolio communication
- Escalate issues, decisions, and risks to management
- Facilitate trade-off discussions and coordinate change control for internal tooling
- Produce weekly centralized dashboards reporting on statistics, issues, and risks
- Ensure resource availability and coordinate resources
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors regarding scope, resources, and timelines
- Participate in PMO team meetings and training sessions while mentoring other project managers
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Scrum and or agile training
- Working knowledge of Aha!, Domo, Salesforce, or Monday.com
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow SPM or other Project and Portfolio Management tools
- Experience managing external vendor relationships
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP, PRINCE II PMP, CAPM or equivalent certification
