Job Description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery projects for prospects and customers while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
• Plan, schedule, and oversee technical implementations and integrations
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer updates, issues, and escalations
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to scope and meet commitments
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, status reports, plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation
• Provide pre-sales support regarding delivery timelines, resource needs, and customer specifications
• Foster strong customer relationships to encourage long-term engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or services delivery within a technology or engineering sector
• Demonstrated background running client-facing projects involving multiple technical and business participants
• Strong organizational abilities to handle numerous projects concurrently
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Eligibility to handle export-controlled information governed by the U.S. Government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with sensors, radar, aerospace and defense, or related tech fields
• Strong preference for experience working alongside government or defense clients
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master
