Job Description
This full-time role covers a Public Sector Partner Manager position based in the United Kingdom and listed as on-site. The job centres on building and growing a network of Global System Integrators and Influence Partners that serve the UK public sector, with the aim of helping partners deliver measurable results for government customers.
Government organisations are described as facing fragmented data, cyber resilience pressures and a need to modernise operations, and the posting says they need trusted foundations before adopting AI. The manager's partners work across central government and defence bodies, health services, public safety, education and critical infrastructure, so the job involves understanding a wide set of public bodies.
The work includes executive relationship building, partner enablement and certifications, joint go-to-market plans alongside sales, solution architects, services, marketing and customer success staff teams, and building partner-sourced pipeline. Solutions discussed include cyber resilience, SecOps, observability, ops intelligence, search and AI.
The posting suits someone with a track record of building strategic technology partnerships, a working knowledge of UK public sector procurement frameworks and experience with systems integrators and consultancies. Executive presence, a customer-first approach and a bias for measurable outcomes are listed as key traits. Success is measured by how strong the partner network is, the capabilities built, the customer outcomes delivered and the long-term value created.
