The company is currently looking for a QA/DevOps Engineer to join its Business Systems team on a full-time basis. This remote-eligible position offers a base salary between USD 156,000 and 175,500 per year, accompanied by equity and benefits, with an option to work out of the San Francisco office for individuals residing in the Bay Area.
In this position, the engineer will manage automated test suite development and maintenance for Salesforce and Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion), concentrating heavily on Tosca-based regression and progression testing. The role requires embedding automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating directly with technical, functional, and DevOps teams to guarantee consistent release testing and early defect identification.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end QA automation suites for Salesforce and Oracle ERP Cloud across quarterly patch upgrades.
- Build, enhance, and maintain regression and progression test automation within the Tosca environment for Salesforce and Oracle Fusion.
- Update Tosca scripts to track system and process modifications across GL, AR, AP, and FAH modules.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to trigger regression suites automatically on every release candidate build.
- Collaborate with ERP Technical and DevOps teams to maintain test environments and infrastructure.
- Review new Salesforce and Oracle release features and evaluate technical impacts or propose improvements.
- Document defect trends, release readiness, and test coverage using Jira and shared dashboards.
- Automate Financial Accounting Hub processes, AR workflows, and AP payment runs and approvals using Tosca.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 or more years of experience in QA automation.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience using Tosca for developing and maintaining regression and progression test suites.
- Have experience maintaining and executing automated test cycles for quarterly Oracle patch upgrades.
- Show familiarity with reviewing Salesforce and Oracle ERP Cloud release features for technical impact assessments.
- Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with version control workflows including Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Hold basic scripting abilities in Python, Shell, or PowerShell for pipeline support and test utility automation.
- Familiarity with ITGC controls, SOX compliance, and ERP change management practices.
- Experience utilizing Jira for sprint participation, test coverage reporting, and defect tracking.
Qualifications
- Hold an Oracle Fusion certification or formal training in Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
- Bring experience with SaaS QA automation inside a high-growth technology company setting.
- Have exposure to MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integration testing.
- Demonstrate familiarity with alternative Salesforce test automation frameworks like Provar or Selenium.
- Prior background working alongside managed services vendors or an AMS in an ERP environment.
- Knowledge concerning Oracle quarterly release cycles and technical impact assessments.
- Exposure to environment provisioning concepts or infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
