Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly non-performing loan and written-off recovery targets
- Translate targets into weekly and daily run-rate expectations
- Run daily performance reviews and track promise-to-pay and contact rates
- Forecast month-end outcomes and report insights to executive management
Requirements
- HND or BSc in a relevant discipline
- 7+ years of experience in recoveries, consumer lending or fintech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recovery targets
- Strong analytical capability and data fluency
Qualifications
- Experience in digital collections is advantageous
