This position operates as a fixed-term engagement reporting to the VP of HR, partnering closely with pharmacy leadership and clinical teams.
The person in this role will spearhead two primary hiring pipelines. First, they will manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for pharmacy personnel across Felix Pharmacy East in Ontario and Felix Pharmacy West in British Columbia, which includes pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy assistants. Second, they will handle recruitment for health care practitioner contractor roles that support clinical operations. Daily tasks involve candidate sourcing, scheduling, issuing employment and contractor agreements, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume, full-cycle hiring for pharmacy staff across Felix Pharmacy East in Ontario and Felix Pharmacy West in British Columbia
- Source and recruit health care practitioner contractors to support ongoing clinical operations
- Target licensed pharmacy talent using outbound channels, referrals, and professional networks
- Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical leaders to define candidate criteria, hiring needs, and interview structures
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and communicate the company value proposition throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Prepare and issue compliant employment agreements for pharmacy staff and contractor agreements for clinical practitioners
- Coordinate with legal and clinical stakeholders to verify credentials and scope-of-practice requirements before extending offers
- Handle job postings, workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting within the Ashby applicant tracking system
- Schedule interviews across multiple stages in alignment with site availability
- Support onboarding by validating candidate licensure prior to their start date
- Maintain new-hire and candidate data inside the HRIS while collaborating with payroll and finance
Requirements
- Three to five or more years of professional recruitment experience
- Background in Canadian environments recruiting licensed or regulated professionals within pharmacy, clinical, or healthcare fields
- Working knowledge of provincial licensure and regulatory bodies relevant to pharmacy and clinical hiring, or the ability to acquire it quickly
- Hands-on experience operating the Ashby applicant tracking system
- Familiarity with modern HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or HiBob
- Detail-oriented mindset focused on error-free data management and agreement creation
Qualifications
