Ashby is seeking its first EMEA-based Recruiting Operations Consultant to join the Customer Education team. In this full-time remote role, the successful candidate will support Strategic, Mid-Market, and Startup clients throughout the EMEA region. The position blends individual customer consulting, educational content development, and customer success management enablement to scale recruiting operations expertise and drive measurable talent acquisition outcomes. The consultant will collaborate with Professional Services to scope and deliver paid consulting statements of work, including process optimization and fractional recruiting operations, while also building custom reports and processes for clients.

Responsibilities
- Conduct complimentary and paid consulting engagements focused on recruiting strategy, data interpretation, and operational practices
- Partner with account executives and customer success managers to scope, sell, and execute statements of work using the recruiting operations framework
- Develop scalable educational assets including academy courses, guides, webinars, and segment-specific playbooks
- Contribute to advanced product education such as Quality of Hire dashboard interpretation and analytics strategy building
- Supply tangible product feedback to the product team based on customer observations
- Enable customer success managers on foundational recruiting operations strategies and tactics
- Build reports and processes directly on behalf of clients when necessary to support their goals
Requirements
- Possess at least two years of experience in recruiting operations, analytics, and process design
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with the Ashby product
- Exhibit strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Manage projects entirely from conception through execution and follow-through
- Set clear expectations, maintain accountability, and define professional boundaries regarding workload
