Robinhood is hiring a Relationship Manager to support firms that use its TradePMR by Robinhood platform, based in Clearwater, Florida or Westlake, Texas, with office attendance expected three days a week. The role is the main point of contact for registered investment adviser (RIA) firms and handles their complex requests.
The manager would learn each relationship in depth, including how the firm is organized, who makes decisions, what technology it uses and who its clients are. Advisors would be briefed on platform changes and the coming roadmap and shown efficient ways to work on the platform. The manager would also use the CRM and other internal tools to spot patterns and turn them into feedback or training.
Regular meetings with firms, whether virtual or in person, help deepen the relationship and loyalty. The manager would advocate for each firm inside Robinhood, escalate problems to the right people and push for improvements based on what firms need. A successful candidate understands the RIA industry and the TradePMR platform, enjoys solving hard problems for others, keeps learning, and is ready to take on added duties. Five or more years in customer service or a related field is required, along with the SIE license. The Series 7 license is preferred.
