The person will manage a team of senior recruiters and sourcers and help build the company's talent acquisition effort. Part of the work is business development: bringing in quality clients and acting as a key account manager at a senior level who knows each client's strategic goals, financial targets and hiring needs. Other duties include designing hiring stages for each position, writing job descriptions and specifications, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, presenting shortlists with detailed profile summaries, and guiding offers through negotiation.
