BlueCat seeks a remote RevOps Process Architect to structure the organization’s revenue operations for upcoming automation and artificial intelligence initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations, the incoming professional will shape future operating frameworks, data standards, and end-to-end processes across Marketing, Sales, Channel, Customer Success, Renewals, Finance, and Professional Services. The position suits a seasoned professional with extensive background in B2B SaaS revenue operations or business systems who can align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. Responsibilities include defining ownership and SLAs across the revenue lifecycle, overseeing a centralized knowledge repository for human and AI tools, fixing data integrity problems, and designing automated workflows with proper governance.
Responsibilities
- Simplify, define, and document future-state revenue lifecycle processes prior to automation, including decision rules, ownership, and service level agreements
- Manage the structured knowledge and process library for use by staff and artificial intelligence tools
- Establish governance and data standards to resolve integrity problems while streamlining fields, objects, and tools in a complex GTM tech stack
- Detect and prioritize automation and AI opportunities, creating governed workflows equipped with human checkpoints
- Determine how conversational and customer data routes from engagement and sales tools into the CRM to improve reporting and risk visibility
- Draft business requirements and acceptance criteria for Salesforce, CPQ, and other tools, while assisting with testing and rollout
- Steer platform evolution toward simplicity and out-of-the-box features, supporting tool rationalization
- Build the intake and prioritization framework for system and process modifications, partnering with Enablement on adoption
- Establish key performance indicators alongside Analytics to track data quality and process execution
- Partner with senior stakeholders to lead change management initiatives across the business
Requirements
- 6 to 10 or more years of experience working in Business Systems, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS organization
- Demonstrated history of designing cross-functional go-to-market processes that achieved measurement and adoption
- Practical knowledge of CPQ and Salesforce, with the capability to write technical specifications for admins and developers
- Direct, hands-on background implementing automation or artificial intelligence within go-to-market workflows
- Familiarity with process modeling methods such as RACI, BPMN, or swim-lane diagrams, alongside data governance principles
- Understanding of the GTM technology stack and system-to-system data movement
- Project and change management expertise for influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Possession of a Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or CPQ certification
- Desire to progress toward GTM engineering and AI agent development
