Vibes is hiring a remote SaaS and Vendor Operations Analyst to manage software, hardware, and vendor relationships within a compact GRC and vendor management team. In this full-time role reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the analyst will oversee application inventories, track seat utilization, run the renewal schedule, and handle laptop procurement from purchase to retirement. Responsibilities also include supporting vendor negotiations, routing purchase requests for approval, preparing risk assessments, monitoring tech spend against budgets, and coordinating IT access for onboarding and offboarding. Responsibilities
- Maintain the application inventory and track software entitlements and true-ups
- Manage the renewal schedule to negotiate terms proactively
- Oversee hardware inventory and laptop procurement throughout the equipment lifecycle
- Support vendor contract negotiations and organize signed agreements
- Route purchases to the appropriate company signatory
- Draft vendor risk assessments and collect supporting evidence
- Track software and hardware spending against plans and flag discrepancies
- Connect system access, licenses, and equipment to employee onboarding and offboarding
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or software asset management
- Prior background working on contract renewals or pricing and term negotiations
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets for usage analysis and spend modeling
- Experience using identity or single sign-on tools like Google Workspace, Okta, or Microsoft Entra
Qualifications
