This opportunity suits an analytical specialist who can manage operating cadences, handle capacity planning, and lead cross-functional transformation efforts. Responsibilities include supervising forecasting, pipeline tracking, annual planning, and performance metrics. Candidates will synthesize complex numbers into clear insights to guide executive decision-making. While operating remotely, staff may occasionally travel for project meetings, functional off-sites, or team gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the go-to-market operating cadence including pipeline management, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Direct annual planning, workforce modeling, organizational design, and headcount allocation to foster scalable expansion.
  • Refine territory mapping, quota assignment, market coverage, and segmentation to align sales assets with commercial goals.
  • Enhance operational rigor and streamline processes via automation, data governance, and best practice implementation.
  • Spearhead strategic growth initiatives aimed at pipeline expansion, cross-selling, and solution selling.
  • Represent leadership during cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Product, Finance, HR, and Enterprise Technology groups.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of professional background in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or strategy consulting.
  • At least two years of direct partnership experience working alongside senior technology or software sales leaders within billion-dollar sales organizations.
  • Proficiency in navigating sales reporting tools and systems, specifically SQL, Excel, Salesforce, Looker, Gong, and Tableau.
  • Bachelor degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Analytics.
